The fuel surcharge schedule is based on the U.S. National Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price published by the Energy Information Administration of the U.S. Department of Energy and available by telephone at 202-586-6966 or on the internet at www.eia.gov.

The current U.S. National Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price will be obtained each Tuesday, and if necessary, the fuel surcharge will be adjusted accordingly on the same day. In the event of a federal holiday or delayed publication by the Energy Information Administration, the adjustment will be made on the date the index is published.
